Children's Ministry

We believe that each member of God’s family has a unique and God-given role to fulfill in glorifying God. Our Children’s Ministry strives to assist parents in teaching their children about their special place in God’s family by teaching basic biblical principles to exemplify God’s Word. In this respect, each volunteer, staff member and teacher is to be a living testimony that God has graced His children with the ability to learn about His creation and His goodness.

Sunday Morning

CHILDREN | Kindergarten - 5th Grade

The goal in the children’s area is to solidify the truth of God’s word using practical life application and reinforcing biblical truths. We use The Gospel Project to help kids understand that the Bible is not a collection of stories, but God's unified story of redemption.   There are elements taught within the curriculum that are specifically designed to help kids understand essential theological doctrines of the Christian faith.  Kids spend equal time in the Old and New Testaments, learning the key distinctions of each and how they fit together. 

  

PRESCHOOL | 4 Months - Pre-K

The Preschool Ministry uses five basic truths for teaching during the preschool years:

  • God Made Everything! - God is the Creator.
  • God Made Me Just Right! - We are God’s children.
  • Jesus is My Friend! - Jesus is the Son of God and He loves us.
  • I can learn about the Lord Jesus in the Bible! - God’s Word is perfect.
  • I can tell people about Jesus! - God has commissioned us to witness to the world.

These lessons are taught during each Preschool Ministry event and repeated respectively during each Sunday School and Worship session. Through repetition and the use of numerous visual aids, we have been able to teach even the smallest of little ones.

Wednesday Evening

Elementary | Pre K- 5th Grade

Our elementary-age program teaches through The Gospel Project for Kids.

  • Clear, consistent presentation of the Gospel

  • A fun approach to learning God’s Word through large group video driven lessons & involved small group settings

  • Biblical Worldview

 

PRESCHOOL | 4 months - 4 years

Here your child will participate in simple Bible lessons through hands on activities, music and more.
